[AVPPride] Getting geared up for our event!

We are slowly having vendors trickle in; Daniel will be doing a mass email
as soon as I get him the emails to do so :)

We have so far, $1300 in the bank. Renting the park will be $882, it
appears. So we are good to order some Tshirts and maybe even to buy an
Advertisment somewhere.

So- when can we meet and talk about things? We need to get food vendors and
the workshops, ritual, and bands squared away.

Noni will probably still be able to help with the Raffle.

We have Tshirts presale available until the middle of August. I'll wait til
after the moot this month and then I am going ot place the orders.

If you want a shirt but can't come up with $15 right now, order it so we
will have the right number of sizes for people. If you pay by the 15th they
will be $15 (or 18 if you want a larger size) and after that they will go up
in price.
