OK it's late. I still have to pack for the ritual, though I have the raffle
table box packed and my vending stuff packed.

I don't think we need help hauling things, I have two trucks coming over in
the AM.

But let me know what time you plan on getting there and you can help do
greeting- we are going to give away a free raffle ticket to everyone who
'signs' in to the event. I am going to need some rovers to help with that
this year because it's different. :)

I figured you and stacey could take turns greeting/roving during the day if
you like. The event starts at 10. If you want to help with set up, great,
though we can probably use more help with tear down than set up.

Pack a lunch, or maybe plan to do a food run with us...
 OK, you need to call my CELL to reach me because I'm running all over the

I'm getting to the park early early but after 8am is fine for most to come
who are helping, then or at 9 when the vendors are setting up.
