[AVPPride] For Next Year's PPD in the AV

Ok,
For next year-
We need:

Someone to run security and get several volunteers to help day-of.

A volunteer Coordinator to get volunteers and help find where they are
needed.

A raffle coordinator- someone to bring all the stuff and set up the raffle
table and coordinate registration table, they will work in concert with the
volunteer coordinator

First Aid- Someone to run first aid and lost and found

Treasurer- someone to handle the money and create a budget, and balance the
checkbook, etc. This needs to be someone local to Lancaster/Palmdale because
we will work closely with them.

Publicity- handling advertising and posters, promoting our event

What I think is already taken-

Children's activities- Teresa
Vendors- Daniel

(Though I think both of them are willing to accept an assistant to work with
them and help out with planning.)

I would like to have an assistant next year who would like to learn what is
involved in running this event, who would like to take over it in future
years. I am wanting to get the First Pantheistic Center off the ground but I
can't focus on it if I'm so busy with PPD...

We could also use an entertainment/workshop scheduling person to work under
the event coordinator to help with booking workshops, etc

So, that's what I can think of now while it's still fresh in my mind. If you
