Here is the info I have so far-
Portapotties will cost from Andy gump, $110 for one unit, to get one that is
ADA compliant (wheelchair accessable) it is $295.

If we went with them I'm only seeing us getting one potty. There are potties
in the building across the way, the Chimobole Center.

Also found out that event insurance will be $135 for 250 people. If we have
more, it is $158 (I'm going with the 135 cost for now) That we can and will
afford. 

We need to talk budget and go over things soon.

When are you available to meet and talk about our event?? Let me know... I
go out of town next week but we could do August 27th maybe??
