For one, 
We need to have people start rounding up raffle donations to raise money.
Our bank account has just enough money to pay for the park and maybe Xerox
copies of flyers, that's about it. So we need to get vendors. We only have
three so far signed up. Since our deadline is not past for the cheaper rate
perhaps that's why we don't have more yet.

We also need to find workshop givers, some basic stuff in particular... And
then also some help... Volunteers for set up, tear down, etc..

So let's get cracking and make this an awesome festival! I know the new
location is smaller but it is a nice little park and I think it will do
well. Plus it's right next to the new store, Sacred Space which may help
them out a bit as well :)

August 27th then, as a meeting date, lets meet at the park, shall we? Around
noon?
