I have not found any entertainment but I have been brainstorming about the kids activities and I want to do some little game stuff. Not so much organized stuff, maybe just a ball area where we have different balls to toss around, little ones would like that. Maybe a small labrinth, I dont know what we could make one from that would not cost a lot though. maybe a bean bag toss, pop a balloon with darts? Does anyone have any of these things to lend us? I am thinking along this line because there is no playground at the square and we can not have a jumper because of insurance issues. I still want to have a craft area, that has been very succesful. I would like to let them paint and create drums, rattles tambourines, and have a childrens drum circle. ANY VOLUNTEERS TO TEACH THE SONGS??? I don't know them. Maybe just have a small parade where the kids can make noise with their creations.
There was a suggestion of a story time and a related craft. That sounds great. We should get togeher and decide on the stories. Ok Let me know what you guys think, or if there are any suggestions.

I had gotten a letter from the Larry Chimbole Center (who rents us the park)
saying that we needed city of Palmdale business licenses for the vendors.
I went to talk to the Business license folks and they said, no they don't
require that. (Which is a good thing since it is $50 per year per vendor,
they don't have a daily fee...) Woot!
So one less thing to worry about today. Yay!!
How is it going? Has anyone contacted any entertainers to perform??
Sing out!!
