[AVPPride] [Avpaganschat] Pagan Pride Day Planning on Wednesday, July 18th

Thanks Susan, for posting this! (I was away from my computer til fairly late
tonight.)
We are gathering at 7pm at my house.
We need volunteers to help set up, tear down, offer workshops, pass out/post
flyers of our event at local businesses, get raffle item donations from
local businesses- this can be the place you work, not just witchy stores...
We have an EIN number and they can write it off.

We have one band booked with the possibility of two more, and someone who
eats or plays with fire.. I forget what he told me now... But we will know
soon. :) Just got two more vendors booked so get your application in NOW if
you are planning to attend and sell, because we are going to limit how many
vendors of a certain type we have so we don¹t have, for example, 10 vendors
selling bath salts or athames, or such.
I want all the merchants to do well!

Let me know, I am going to have the meeting at my house so I need RSVPs in
advance to plan for how many are attending.
