Don't forget we need volunteers to lead Free workshops, Musicians to
perform, and Volunteers to help run the event.

I was pondering whether we could afford to offer our volunteers a free
t-shirt from the event.... Just a concept, mind you.... I guess we would
have to have every one sign in and out and do their volunteer hours that
way... Maybe we cannot afford it.....
