AV Pagan Pride Day this Saturday 9-22
Body:     This Saturday only, 10-5:30pm at Poncitlan Square
38315 9th Street East in Palmdale, California (By the Library off Sierra and
Palmdale Blvd.)
Come on out and support our community. Check out the vendors, workshops and
entertainment. We might even have an elephant!

What is Asatru? By DJ Jenkins
Many ideas surround Asatru. DJ has been Asatru for over a decade. He has
immersed himself in the Lore and will explain this Reconstructionist
religion of the Norse and explain how it functions today. DJ is a member of
Hrafn Skjoldr Kindred, a Heathen and Asatru Kindred in the AV

Green Living by Wayne Luke
Learn how you can tread lightly on the planet by living simply. Wayne is an
herbalist and an avid advocate for recycling and reducing consumer waste,
and an ordained High Priest of Coven Tir Nathroc, a COG member Coven in the
AV.

Rainbow Cord Magick: Personal Energy Management
In the moments when life¹s hurts tear into the hidden places of your soul,
GATE invites you to enter the refuge of beauty, blessing and nurturing of
the self. Whether or not you define yourself as a Guardian, this mini
workshop provides you with a tool for self-care and a method for identifying
and moving stagnant energy in your environment and relationships. Bellezza
Squillace is an ordained Priestess in a wimmin-only religion. She is the
executive director of Guardians Around the Earth, a non-profit corporation.

Sigil Magick by Cyndia
Sigils self made magickal symbols. Use them to get things done. We will be
going over what they are and two methods on how to make them. Of course you
will be making 2 during the workshop. Cyndia is an Elder Priestess and
founder of Clan of the Desert Oak.

bring to this life? Where are the planet¹s energies calling you to fulfill
your karmic purpose? Michele is an Astrologer and teacher and Heathen, and
offers charts and intuitive readings professionally.



Left Hand Path 
Nan Boyster has been studying the Occult and it¹s many forms for thirty
years. She has experience in both Right and Left Hand Paths, and will
de-mystify the misunderstood Left Hand Path. Questions are more than
welcome. Nan is the Chieftess of Hrafn Skjoldr Kindred, an Asatru and
Heathen Kindred in the Antelope Valley


Raising Energy with Chants by Shadow Wolf
Shadow Wolf draws on his background as a professional composer and musician
in his work with chant as a vehicle to raise energy during magick and
ritual. He is currently teaching a workshop on chant, raising Energies with
Chants, and developing courses on using chants with the charkas for healing,
energizing and the history and culture of contemporary Pagan Folk Music.
Alfred Surenyan (aka Shadow Wolf) is an Ordained High Priest of Strega and
HP of the Temple of Aradia.
